document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000,
amendments thereof from time to time and the rules thereunder as applicable and
the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as
amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is
generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital
signatures.
Please
read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing or using the Services
(defined below). The terms and conditions is a legal contract ("Agreement") between You and
KRANTIBAZAR by S Amarsinh News Network and Infinserv® (Registered Proprietary
Firm) & Shree Aai Ambabai Financial
Ladder® (Brand Name KRANTIBAZAR)(Registered Proprietary Firm) both are Private
firms (“KRANTIBAZAR”) having its registered office at, Owner Amarsinh S Jagdale
Sarkar, Jagdale Estate, Shahunagar Bastavade, Tahsil Kagal, District Kolhapur -
416235, India.
You
agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth
below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish to be
bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Services and/or
immediately terminate the Services.
USING KRANTIBAZAR
APP INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS
OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By
impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree
to be bound by KRANTIBAZAR Policies (including but not limited to Privacy
Policy) available on the KRANTIBAZAR website https://krantibazar.blogspot.com/ or as amended from time to time.
KRANTIBAZAR
Refer & Earn Program is called KRANTIBAZAR
hereinafter KRANTIBAZAR only
“KRANTIBAZAR” is purely Refer and Earn concept
which facilitates generates leads and acts as such by creating, hosting,
maintaining and providing Services to you via the Internet/online. KRANTIBAZAR
provides its Services to customers through 'KRANTIBAZAR' mobile application (“KRANTIBAZAR
App”), which acts as a container for various paid or unpaid business or social
services (described in service list) depends on geographically service area,
stock, man power and avail resources.
Refer
and Earn has always been a rewarding concept. Keeping this in mind, we have
created our very own “KRANTIBAZAR" program where any person can win tons
of cash, perks & prizes.
All
you have to do is refer any of your friends/family/colleague/or any known
person that might need any kind of a loan, TAX service, Goods or other services
described in service list.
For
giving us this information, you help that person get a loan or complete his
need. After that person gets a loan or complete his need, you will get an
amazing referral prize.
By
using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that KRANTIBAZAR is not a bank
and the Services should in no way be construed as the provision of banking
services.
KRANTIBAZAR
offers its services in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Debit/Credit
Cards:
You
can make merchant payments, recharge/bill payments and other In-App category
purchases using Debit/Credit cards. We have partnered with PayPal Payment
gateway, which follow the standard regulations and safety standards to enable
this solution.
Registration
In
order to tell & earn, & use the full spectrum of KRANTIBAZAR Services,
You need to register on the KRANTIBAZAR App and provide us with accurate and
complete information. You are also required to keep your accounts and contact
information complete and updated at all times. Any account found to contain
incorrect and/or outdated information will be suspended.
Contact
information
Mobile
Number
Upon
downloading the KRANTIBAZAR App, You have to necessarily allow permission to KRANTIBAZAR
to send an SMS from Your smartphone to KRANTIBAZAR’s Virtual mobile number,
which allows KRANTIBAZAR to verify your mobile number and register your device
details against Your KRANTIBAZAR account. This is a mandatory security step,
and You accept that KRANTIBAZAR has the sole right to not allow you to use Your
KRANTIBAZAR app without the completion of this step.
It is
Your responsibility to provide Your correct mobile number so that We can
communicate with You via SMS. You understand and agree that if We send you an
SMS but You do not receive it because
Your mobile number on file is incorrect or out of date, blocked by your service
provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive SMS, We shall be deemed to
have provided the communication to You effectively. Please note that if You use
a spam filter that blocks or re-routes SMSes from senders not listed in Your
contacts, you must ensure that KRANTIBAZAR SMSes are marked as trusted as
'not-spam', so that you will be able to view the Communications we send to you.
Email
Address
It is
Your responsibility to keep Your primary email address up to date so that We
can communicate with You electronically. You understand and agree that if We
send you an electronic communication but You do not receive it because Your
primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your
service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic
Communications, We shall be deemed to have provided the communication to You
effectively. Please note that if You use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes
emails from senders not listed in Your email address book, you must add KRANTIBAZAR
to your email address book so that you will be able to view the Communications
we send to you.
You
can update your primary email address at any time by logging into the KRANTIBAZAR
App. If Your email address becomes invalid such that electronic communications
sent to you by Us is returned, We may deem your account to be inactive, and You
will not be able to transact any activity using your KRANTIBAZAR Account until
We receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
Device
Information
The
device (smartphone) on which You download KRANTIBAZAR App and use during
registration, shall become Your registered device and it's details shall be
stored by us. The moment You log into your KRANTIBAZAR account from a different
device using the KRANTIBAZAR app, You will be asked to allow KRANTIBAZAR to
send an SMS from the new device, after which the new device becomes the registered
device.
Any Other information
We may
ask for and store additional information to either extend more Services or even
as additional requirement for continuing the existing Services or sub-services.
Privacy
We
collect, hold, use and transfer Your personal data in accordance with Our
Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, You hereby agree to Our
Privacy Policy, which may be updated by Us from time to time. You understand
and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any data provided by
You in connection with the Services may be shared with Our affiliates or
partners. Please refer to the link below for detailed terms and conditions on
Our Privacy Policy.
User
Responsibilities
Beneficial
Owner
You
must be the beneficial owner of the Account, and conduct business only on
behalf of yourself.
Username
and Password
You
must be the beneficial owner of the Account, and conduct business only on
behalf of yourself.
A set
of username and password is unique to Your use of the Service and You shall not
share, assign or permit the use of Your username and password to any other
persons. You acknowledge that sharing of Your username and password with other
persons (collectively, "multiple use") may cause irreparable harm to KRANTIBAZAR.
You shall indemnify KRANTIBAZAR against any loss or damage suffered by KRANTIBAZAR
as a result of such multiple use. You undertake to notify KRANTIBAZAR
immediately of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other
breach of security. You agree that KRANTIBAZAR shall not be liable for any loss
or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You
shall be solely responsible for:
maintaining
the confidentiality of Your KRANTIBAZAR username and password
maintaining
the confidentiality of Your Bank account BHIM UPI PIN and OTP messages
maintaining
the confidentiality of any credentials or/and information using which, one can
impersonate you
all
transactions and activities that occur under your username and password
all
consequences of use or misuse of your username and password
never
sharing any of the above credentials with anyone including anyone claiming-from
bank, on from KRANTIBAZAR etc.
If you
are a business entity, you agree that all officers, employees, agents,
representatives and others having access to the username and/or password have
been duly authorized by you to use the Services on your behalf and to legally
bind you. You shall be responsible for all actions by current and former officers,
employees, agents, representatives and others, regardless of whether authorized
by you, that access the Services using the business' user name and password.
You
must be the beneficial owner of the Account, and conduct business only on
behalf of yourself.
Account
User Obligations
You
must ensure the availability of sufficient funds before executing any
transaction from your Account.
If you
have submitted KYC documents to us, you shall intimate us about change in your
address, if any, in writing along with such proof of address as per the KYC
documents.
Your KRANTIBAZAR
account might be a trusted instrument with certain merchants after validating
your identity, in such cases misuse of account because of auto-authentication
on same device because of lost/theft/misuse of device or information will be
solely User's responsibility.
KYC
"KYC"
stands for Know your Customer and refers to the various norms, rules, laws and
statutes issued by RBI from time to time under which KRANTIBAZAR is required to
procure personal identification details from You before any Services can be
delivered. Know your Customer (KYC) documents may be asked for by the Merchant
(on behalf of KRANTIBAZAR) from You at the time of activation and/ or on a
later date, for availing and / or continuation of Services. KRANTIBAZAR/Merchant
shall not be responsible for wrong details being entered by the User.
In the
event the beneficiary/KYC details provided are found to be incorrect/
insufficient, KRANTIBAZAR retains the right to block Your KRANTIBAZAR account. KRANTIBAZAR
retains the right to share the details of the transaction undertaken using the KRANTIBAZAR
Account and the end beneficiary/ KYC details with RBI, as per statutory
guidelines issued from time to time.
You
are solely responsible for linking Your correct bank account.
Since
Your mobile number is treated as the primary identifier, Your mobile number
needs to be updated with the bank linked to KRANTIBAZAR App in case of any
changes.
If You
change the mobile number registered with Your KRANTIBAZAR Account, You will
have to re-register your new mobile number with KRANTIBAZAR. To re-enable the
Service, you need to register your new mobile number with your bank as well.
You
agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not
current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such
information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in
accordance with the Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely
suspend or terminate or block access to Your Account.
We
shall not ensure that all your confidential data pertaining to your money
transactions, bank account details, and all other sensitive personal
information are protected and kept confidential by employing best available
protection standards.
You
are solely responsible to keep Your OTP, BHIM UPI PIN and bank account related
details confidential. Sharing such information with others may lead to
unauthorized usage, for which KRANTIBAZAR shall not be responsible.
Transactions
through KRANTIBAZAR account
KRANTIBAZAR
account can be used for to purchase products and services online or offline on
any Merchant platform.
Charges
Membership
is primary free & paid for Users. KRANTIBAZAR primary does not charge its
Users any fee for creating an Account or use of Services. KRANTIBAZAR reserves
the right to change its fee policy from time to time. In particular, KRANTIBAZAR
may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the
existing services offered on the website. In such an event, We reserve the
right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees
for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the fee policy shall be
posted on the website/app and such changes shall automatically become effective
immediately after they are posted. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be
quoted in Indian Rupees.

Your
bank may charge you a nominal transaction fee for PAYPAL or any digital
payments Payment Gateway transfers- please check with your bank for any such
charges.
To
facilitate the aforesaid, KRANTIBAZAR provides the facility for doorstep
collection of documents through its authorized agents. you consent to the sharing
of your relevant information with KRANTIBAZAR’s agents to facilitate the
doorstep KYC process. You also consent to agents of KRANTIBAZAR visiting your
pre-registered address or other address you may designate from time to time.
However, KRANTIBAZAR disclaims all warranties as regards the quality or
promptness of service delivery of these agents. The doorstep KYC facility may
be subject to a service fee which will be communicated to you when you book a
slot for our agent visit on the KRANTIBAZAR Application.
KYC
documents that KRANTIBAZAR receives from you either directly or its agents does
not guarantee your continued use or complete your loan/purchase of goods or
service of your Account. However, you represent and warrant to KRANTIBAZAR that
the documents you submit and other information you share in connection with the
KYC compliance process are true, updated, genuine and correct and you agree to
keep KRANTIBAZAR indemnified and harmless from all loss arising from third
party claims including claims from government authorities in connection with
the same.
You
also acknowledge that the KYC documents submitted to KRANTIBAZAR will be valid
for any financial products or services offered by KRANTIBAZAR, its
subsidiaries, affiliates or its partners, whenever You opt to use these product
and service offerings of Our affiliates and partners. You shall have the option
to explicitly consent to KRANTIBAZAR sharing your KYC information with any partners
or affiliates/ subsidiaries of KRANTIBAZAR in the event you opt to avail of
service/ product offerings of our affiliates/ partners and once you have
consented, these third parties shall be authorized to use such information
purposes connected to their service/ product offerings which you have expressly
consented to avail.
Confidentiality:
We shall not ensure that all your confidential data pertaining to money
transactions, bank account details and all other sensitive personal information
are protected and kept confidential by employing the best available protection
standards elaborated in our Privacy Policy.
Discount/gift
voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on KRANTIBAZAR
partner platforms/stores.
Discount/gift
voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other
customers.
A user
can earn up to maximum capping amount as per Annexure 1,2,3 in a financial year
(i.e. 1 April to 31 March) across all offers disbursed on KRANTIBAZAR.
You
will continue to receive the promotional cashback received as Gift Voucher and
such cashback amounts can only be used for merchant transactions on the KRANTIBAZAR
App.
Your
Account & related information will be reported to the RBI & governments
org. if they requested us.
Prohibited
Uses of Account:
Without
prejudice to the other restrictions and limitations contained above, you shall
not under any circumstances: -
use
the Account to defraud KRANTIBAZAR, our affiliates or other members or users,
or engage in other unlawful activities (including without limitation dealing in
products or services prohibited by law);
impersonate
any person or entity, falsely claim or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation
with any person or entity, or access the accounts of others without permission,
forge another person’s digital signatures or perform any other fraudulent
activity.

or transmit any message, image or data which is pornographic in nature.
purchase
anything (products or services) using fraudulent funds
use
the account balances in a manner that may result in complaints, disputes,
imposition of fines, penalties, chargebacks or any other liability to KRANTIBAZAR;
or
use
the account for money laundering, tax evasion or any other illegal activities.
Your
Responsibilities: In connection with your use of the KRANTIBAZAR account, it
shall be your responsibility to adhere to the following:
Promptly
inform KRANTIBAZAR of any unauthorized usage of your account or loss of mobile device and any other
circumstances which may lead to unauthorized usage of your account. The
responsibility of any transaction prior to intimation, will solely be on the
registered User;
that
when you acquire goods or any other services from a Merchant and pay the Merchant
, you understand that we are not a party to the contract between you and the
Merchant. KRANTIBAZAR does not endorse any advertiser or Merchant linked to its
website or app. Furthermore, KRANTIBAZAR is under no obligation to monitor the
Merchant's service used by you; the Merchant alone will be responsible for all
obligations under the contract including (without limitation) warranties or
guarantees. Any dispute with or complaint against any Merchant must be directly
resolved by you with the Merchant. It is clarified that KRANTIBAZAR shall not
be responsible or liable for any deficiency in goods and/or services purchased
using KRANTIBAZAR account. You are instructed to satisfy yourself regarding the
quality, quantity and fitness of any good and/or service before purchasing the
same.
In
case any amount is transferred erroneously by You to any Merchant or any other
person, KRANTIBAZAR shall not be liable to refund such amount to You under any
circumstances.
Any
web-link on the website to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that
web-link. By using or browsing any such other web-link, you shall be subject to
the terms and conditions in each such web-link.
KRANTIBAZAR
shall send all customer communications by SMS and/or email and they shall be
deemed to have been received by You after they have been submitted for delivery
to the SMS/email service providers.

to receive all commercial message including transactional messages from KRANTIBAZAR/
Merchant.
To use
the account in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.

solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties or other governmental
levies or any financial charges that may be imposed on any products or services
purchased or supplied by a Merchant or otherwise arising from online
transactions.
Anti-
Money Laundering:
KRANTIBAZAR
strongly condemns and prohibits money laundering and any activity that
facilitates money laundering or financing of terrorist or criminal activities.
At KRANTIBAZAR the directors, officers, employees and any other individuals or
organisations associated with KRANTIBAZAR are supposed to adhere to the
applicable law.
Unauthorised
Transactions and Redressal:
An
unauthorized transaction occurs when a payment is made from your account that
you did not authorize. For example, if someone makes a transaction from your
account using a stolen password, an unauthorized transaction has occurred. If
you provide access to your account to a third party (by disclosing your login
information or any other information) and they conduct transactions without
your knowledge or permission, you are responsible for any resultant use.
The
liability of any misuse is solely Yours, until you report the issue to KRANTIBAZAR.
In the
event of an unauthorized transaction in your account, you should immediately
notify KRANTIBAZAR if you believe:
there
has been an Unauthorized Transaction or unauthorized access to your account;
your
device with the KRANTIBAZAR App has been lost, stolen or deactivated;

unauthorized transactions or errors in your Account, notify us by Calling on

No
Refunds:
All
payments made through KRANTIBAZAR for Online PAN Application, Mobile/ DTH
recharge, bill pay, P2P transfers shall be final. Such transactions cannot be
refunded, returned or cancelled once initiated.
User
Errors:
If you
erroneously send a payment to the wrong party or send a payment for the wrong
amount (for instance a typographical error at your end) your only recourse will
be to contact the party to whom you have sent the payment and ask them to
refund the amount. KRANTIBAZAR will not reimburse you or reverse a payment that
you have erroneously made.
Rewards(Cashback)
Limit
If you
are entitled for cashback, you agree to receiving the same as a gift voucher.
The
gift vouchers will be valid for only time mentioned in this vouchers and is
subject to a maximum limit of Rs.10,000 per gift voucher. KRANTIBAZAR reserves the right to extend
the validity period of your vouchers at its discretion.
KRANTIBAZAR
reserves the right to impose additional amount limits within the overall
applicable limit.
KRANTIBAZAR
reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy
decided by KRANTIBAZAR from time to time.
Terms
and conditions
KRANTIBAZAR
"KRANTIBAZAR" is open to all existing Clients that are residents of
India (except Non-Resident Indian Clients).
The
Client who refers a prospective client/s to the Bank is hereinafter referred to
as Referrer and such prospective client/s is referred as Referrals.
Under
"KRANTIBAZAR", a person/client can refer any person (except own
spouse, siblings, children, parents and/or any person not resident in India)
who wishes to avail of a LISTED SERVICES.
"KRANTIBAZAR"
is not applicable for the Referrals received from the employees of KRANTIBAZAR
and its subsidiary/Group companies. This program is also not applicable for
employees of KRANTIBAZAR received as referrals. KRANTIBAZAR employee's family
members (spouse, children, mother, father, etc) will also not be considered as
a referral under this program.
If a
Referral is received with respect to an application that is already under
process with any Bank before such referral reference has been received, such
referral will not be eligible for KRANTIBAZAR "KRANTIBAZAR".
If
more than one Referrer recommends the same prospective client, the first one to
make the Referral will be entitled to the Reward. In the event of a dispute,
the decision of KRANTIBAZAR will be final and binding.
There
is no limit on the number of Referrals that a Referrer can make under KRANTIBAZAR
"KRANTIBAZAR".
All
LISTED SERVICES are at the sole and absolute discretion of KRANTIBAZAR ,
partner merchants, service providers,
NBFC & Bank.
KRANTIBAZAR
reserves the right, at any time to modify / amend/ withdraw, wholly or in part,
any of the terms and conditions of this Program without prior notice and
without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the
Referrer at all times.
For
making a successful referral, a Referrer is required to use the online referral
form and incorporate the details of the Referral as required in the Referral
Form.
These
terms and conditions shall be governed by the Indian Laws. All disputes arising
under this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at
Kagal (District Kolhapur, State Maharashtra) only.
Terms
and Conditions for the Reward
Under KRANTIBAZAR
"KRANTIBAZAR", upon a successful completed service or disbursal of a
Loan by the Bank to a Referral, the Referrer will be eligible for a Reward
(basis of the slabs mentioned here below).
The
Loan is required to be disbursed within three (3) months from the date of
reception of the online Referral for the Referrer to be eligible for the
Gift/Reward.
In
case of successful disbursal for under construction mortgage loans, KRANTIBAZAR
will calculate the Reward based upon the amount of actual disbursals done.
The
Reward will be credited within three (3) months of disbursal of a Loan.
Any
tax (Service tax, income tax etc) implications arising out of or on receipt of
the Reward to be borne by the Referrer.
On
successful disbursal of a Loan to a Referral, the Referrer is required to
provide their residential address along with their savings bank account details
for the gift to be sent to them. No gift would be sent by KRANTIBAZAR without
all details being sent in advance.
The
Referrer will be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to KRANTIBAZAR.
The
Referrer is required to provide the "acceptance" to the Reward and
submit the required details for the Invoice within 1 month of KRANTIBAZAR
communicating about the successful Referral.
KRANTIBAZAR
will not process any Reward without the required Permanent Account Number
details of the Referrer.
All
Rewards are subject to the completeness and authenticity of information
provided in the Referral Form by the Referrer.
In the
event it is found that the Referrer has violated any of these terms and
conditions of the KRANTIBAZAR "KRANTIBAZAR", and/or engaged in any
illegal or wrongful acts under applicable laws and regulations for generating
successful disbursal, then KRANTIBAZAR shall be at liberty to initiate such
action as it may deem fit.
Additional
Undertakings from the Referrer
The
Referrer undertakes that he/she has obtained the consent to refer and share the
Referral's contact details with KRANTIBAZAR under this "KRANTIBAZAR".
The
Referrer undertakes that he/she shall not refer any person/s that is not known
to him/her.
The
Referrer understands and agrees that KRANTIBAZAR will contact the Referral
under "KRANTIBAZAR". This will override any "Do Not
Disturb" (DND) registry or National Client Preference Register (NCPR) that
the Referral may have registered for.
By
participating in "KRANTIBAZAR", the Referrer represents that he/she
is authorized and competent to refer the Referral to KRANTIBAZAR under this
program.
